Artist, Volunteer, and Ex CPA Phlebotomist now focusing on creating in From United States but I've been in Mexico since April 2024. Living one day at a time

Hello, I’m Will. I’m from Spokane Washington in the USA, but I've been in Mexico since April 2024 experiencing life, traveling on my $900 2024 Italika FT125, working on my mental health and wellness, meeting people, learning Spanish and discovering a new and different culture. Living one day at a time. Currently in Campeche Mexico.

In the US I was married for 23 years and held a variety of jobs in e-commerce, manufacturing, public accounting and wealth management. Solving problems. Managing teams and attending meetings. Many spreadsheets and emails and long days spent working.

I was also a very activitely involved as a volunteer for Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance in Spokane for many years and volunteered thousands of hours building and maintaining trails for outdoor recreation. In the past I enjoyed mountain biking, golfing, paddleboarding, running, camping, hiking and road trips.

Now I am focused on all things related to creating vs just doing.

No pets, no kids, no significant other and not looking! Vida libre!

I am a fan of design, music, and arts. I’m always on the hunt for a great Café serving Flat Whites. I go on long walks every morning and love to chat with anyone I come across.

I don't do social media but at the bottom of the page you can click the Instagram link which will take you to a selection of my artwork and photography hosted by Google.

Some of my favorite quotes and ideas

  • Be rare
  • All the time not anytime
  • Talk about ideas > events > people
  • Tell me a story
  • Break the rules
  • Don't lie to yourself
  • More isn't better
  • Fear is okay, don't stop living
  • Make decisions using a 20 year mindset
  • Thick time. Be present always.
  • Happiness doesn't exist. Joy and wellness are temporary feelings just like fear and anger that come and go.
  • Wellness involves the heart and the spirit not just the mind and the body. You have to focus on the intangibles
  • Life is a cycle. Not just output, output, output. Recharge and input are also extremely important!
  • Problems aren't meant to be solved. It's okay to say no and leave some things on the table
  • Not everything is what it seems. Take time to reflect. Some things are an iceberg and you can't see the whole picture.
  • Use a back burner. Don't feel compelled to make it a decision now. You can always come back to it. It's not going anywhere
