Kira Bondareva

In 2016, Ms. Bondareva started in her role as a CEO at the Cyprus headquarters of Capital.com. The company is a Fintech start-up that develops a cutting-edge investment mobile platform offering ‘just a tap away’ access to multiple financial markets. Enabled by the most advanced AI-based technologies, the Capital.com app is a handy tool to speculate on price fluctuations in the markets. To ensure the steady and strong growth of the start-up, Ms. Bondareva oversees its compliance with all the legal regulations.

Back in 2014, Ms. Bondareva entered the world of Fintech by joining another start-up, exp(capital). As a Senior Executive Legal Counsel, she was responsible for concluding and fulfilling obligations under all the company’s contracts: service agreements, licence agreements, member agreements, prime brokerage agreements, trading rules. The start-up itself focuses on innovative algorithmic trading solutions. exp(capital) has a number of prestigious awards, such as ‘Golden Byte’ (for achievements in the sphere of IT), ‘The Best IT Company to Work for’ and ‘The Best Belarusian Start-up in 2014’.

Before exp(capital), Ms. Bondareva started her law career with a seven-year long successful stint at Vlasova, Mikhel & Partners, a top full service law office in Belarus. First, as a Paralegal and Junior Associate, then later as an Associate. She was responsible for offering top-quality legal services and brought multiple legal cases to successful completion.
