Last 5 years, I have been heading marketing for Ausum, where I was responsible for their revenue generation and brand equity. I grew their business by 500% in the last 3 years. My responsibilities include managing e-commerce (D2C), market channels, customer acquisition, customer retention, social media, and packaging. I have been very instrumental in launching new products to maximize their ROI and LTV.
I had also hustled in between with my own venture, called Vendo, where we acted as an activation platform by taking 40+ businesses to hyperlocal customers through offline pop-ups. We paused this company after CoViD since offline activities were restricted. Prior to this, I worked with various organizations from marketing agencies driving ITC beverages, LinkedIn, EPSON, and Unilever to lead marketing for Sipping Spirits, an alcoholic beverage.
I was interested in early-stage ventures, so I worked with companies like Sipping Spirits and Ausum, but in the recent past, I have come to the realization that working for an established organization will help me to understand how to take brands and evolve in the growth stage.
The value I will bring to the table is my strong knowledge, execution in marketing, on-field experience in consumer products, and specifically the optimized purchase cycle of premium products.
