Over the past 8+years of professional career, working in multiple business teams (Operations, Delivery & HR), I have acquired expertise in people and program management. My key strength is my ability to work on multiple projects in parallel to ensure quick wins. I follow the rule that alignment, passion and hard work will allow any individual to show "value" and ensure business outcomes. I was nominated as a high potential candidate by the COO of the company to lead the Operations team. I have worked in roles in the organization as an Operations Manager for one of our largest customers and as a Business Analyst. I have graduated as an engineer in Production Engineer where Machine Design, Total Quality Management and Operations Research where some of the key areas of focus. My hobbies include reading, playing basketball and design using CAD-CAM software. I have been the sports captain and the captain of my track and basketball team from school.
