Kiran Roice
Bangalore, India.
I’m Kiran Roice — an Indian author, systems architect, and entrepreneur focused on building measurable frameworks for complex human systems.
I created the Cultural Distance Spectrum (CDS) - doi:10.2139/ssrn.6163750 and the Citizen Attachment Framework (CAF) — structured models designed to measure cultural integration, civic attachment, and institutional alignment. My work separates identity, institutions, and political governance into analytically independent layers that can be studied, implemented, and operationalised.
I am the founder of Roice Group, a multidisciplinary ecosystem spanning research, technology platforms, media, and strategy. Through this structure, I move ideas from theory to execution — converting frameworks into tools, indices, and digital infrastructure.
Books
I am the author of:
My writing explores systems thinking, language as power, identity formation, governance structures, and personal transformation.
Across research, books, and ventures, my focus remains consistent:
If something shapes society, it should be measurable, structured, and executable.
