I started Jump Out The Box after having one too many conversations that involved someone telling me how they were not creative and watching so many talented people not create anything because of their own fears and beliefs. I have had an unusual journey as a creative, choosing to abandon my dream of studying drama to go into a "sensible" profession of physiotherapy and then rediscovering my creativity through photography 15 years ago. I have at one time or other been a dancer, musician, chorister, actress, crafter, artist, photographer and prolific doodler.

Creativity isn't reserved for the select few, mentally unstable artists. It is living inside all of us and is an unlimited resource that we can access. We just have to know how to get there.

I have a dream to see people released into their creativity. I have been researching creativity and creative thinking for 14 years. The more I researched though, the more I saw that creativity is the key to changing the world and ourselves. Through creativity and innovation we can start to shape our internal and external worlds for the better, we can have hope again and our lives and our businesses can flourish.

Creativity thrives in a collaborative environment and Jump Out The Box is no exception. I work with a number of successfully creative people, who have the same beliefs and dreams that I have. I am indebted to all of them for helping me get to where I am today and for their continued input into Jump Out The Box.
