With over 15 years' experience in solving business problems, managing complex projects, and providing strategic guidance in various sectors and countries, I am the Director of Global Operations at Amp Health, a multi-sector partnership that works with ministries of health to strengthen health systems and build the next generation of global health leaders.

My core competencies include operational excellence, strategic leadership, finance, and investment banking, which I developed through my MBA from the University of Maryland and my previous roles at Amp Health and in the financial services industry.

I am now responsible for overseeing and streamlining our organization's operational functions across all our operating environments, leading a diverse team that ensures the alignment of local operations with our overarching organizational goals, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.
