Kirk Jones

Let me start off by saying that I hate writing about myself. Not because I don't love myself, I truly do, but writing about yourself is just so...hard. But here I go.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Where there is sunshine about 95% of the year, people who exercise 3 to 5 days a week, and where the smog is so overwhelming you only see the Los Angeles skyline after a rainy day.

My parents are originally from Belize, so I am first generation American. I have 8 siblings and so many nephews, nieces, and cousins that I have lost count. I am not married nor do I have children. I do want them someday, just not right now. I am in my 20s, my prime years, so I am going to live it up. As P. Diddy said "Let it flow!"

I received my Bachelor's degree in Business/Management from University of Phoenix, and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at West Virginia University. May 2014 cannot come soon enough!

I have worked at Advantage Sales and Marketing (ASM) since 2010. Started off as a Field Services Coordinator for the IN Marketing Services, and then moved over to the HR/Learning side of the company as an Instructional Designer. I love my job. I love the people I work with. And I can honestly say I am blessed. Sure there are days when I am frustrated or annoyed, who isn't at any job? But ASM has given me so much opportunity to grow, and I am a not only a better worker than I was 3 years ago, I am a better person.

I don't know what the future holds, but as my subtitle states, I plan to live life with no regrets. Take the good AND the bad as a growing experience. You'll become a wiser person in the end.
