I'm known for my negotiation skills, ability to raise capital in the early stages of a start-up, and at the same time leveraging unconventional sales channels to reduce equity capital needs.

My companies typically launch utilizing talent that is overlooked in larger organizations due to education, work history, and questionable personal history.

Essentially, I've achieved outstanding results building teams of individuals who have something to prove to themselves. Giving them a change, gives me a chance at doing extremely well.

I don't function well with the establishment, not that I can't work well, that I tend to make large waves wherever I go. The establishment prefers status quo, or at best, slow change.
