Aaron Salim Kirrao, popularly known as Psalm, is a proud Maasai Muslim born on October 20, 1994, in the serene region of Lower Kenyewa, Kiboko Sub-location in Kajiado County, Kenya. Raised in the pastoral heartland of Kiboko/Masimba Kenyewa, Aaron's early life was rooted in community, culture, and resilience.
His academic journey began at Simba Primary School, continued at Kalamba Secondary School, and later led him to Enkasa Organic College, where he earned a certificate in Computer Office Automation. Driven by a passion for numbers and a keen analytical mind, Aaron enrolled at Egerton University to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. He is also a CPA 4 finalist, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence in finance and business.
Professionally, Aaron has cultivated a diverse career. In 2017, he served as a Presiding Officer during the national elections with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), a role that marked his early involvement in civic duties. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as an Inkjet Operator at KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited. He then transitioned into the financial sector, working as a Loan Officer with ASA International Microfinance Bank Limited from 2020 to 2023, where he supported community empowerment through access to credit.
In September 2024, Aaron began a new chapter as the Grazing Coordinator for Soils for the Future Africa Limited, a role that combines his love for the land with his dedication to sustainable development and livestock management.
Beyond his professional life, Aaron is deeply committed to social upliftment. He holds certificates in Health and Safety and Street Children Motivation—reflecting his heart for both human welfare and community empowerment.
Aaron continues to live and serve in Kajiado County, where he embodies the values of discipline, integrity, and cultural pride. A true son of the soil, he is passionate about creating positive change, both at the grassroots and beyond.
