I figure out what makes people tick so businesses can build better products and services for them. And I teach others to do the same.

I'm currently teaching executives from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta how to interview Fortune 500 CEOs for maximum impact. I love teaching story collection skills to numbers people.

And I love the reverse: teaching number-crunching chops to story people.

In Fall 2013, I taught Georgia Tech undergrads how to define problems, analyze them using statistics, and then deliver recommendations to policymakers in PUBP 3120: Statistical analysis for public policy. Student comments:
- "It was amazing!"
- "Best teacher I've had at Tech."
- "Is it possible to tenure a Ph.D. student?"

When I'm not working, I'm cycling, singing with queer choruses, taking musical improv classes, and traveling in Asia.
