I am a wildlife biologist and currently a student at the University of Florida. My thesis research has focused on the impact of stream geomorphology on the ecology of the eastern hellbender (Cryptobranchus alleganiensis). Although I have worked primarily on the hellbender, my research interests include the population ecology, behavioral ecology, and conservation biology of herps in general. I have several years of field experience working for a variety of institutions, and also hold a B.S. degree in Evolution and Ecology from The Ohio State University.
