Greetings, I’m Kirsten. I’m a mother living in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. I am a fan of food, music, and gardening. I’m also interested in homesteading and baking. I have two babies. A son named Atticus who is 2, and a daughter named Astrid who is 7 months old.

After having my second baby, I decided to dedicate myself to becoming a better version of myself. I started going to the gym, and I partnered with a health and wellness company.

With my first pregnancy I gained 60 lbs, with the second I gained 40 lbs. I didn't feel like myself anymore. I needed a change. I was "mom Kirsten" and i didn't know how to be anything else. I hated the way i looked, and i never wanted to leave the house because of it.

This company has changed my life!! I'm a better mom, and partner because i decided to put myself back on top. I'm earning an income from my phone, while i watch my babies grow.
