I am an early career researcher. I completed a PhD in history in 2014. My research focuses on 20th Century Christian missions that operated in colonial contexts. My PhD looked at the Australian-based Methodist mission to Fiji between 1900 and 1964, exploring concepts of race and culture that influenced attitudes and policies relating to land and labour.
