Hello. My name is Kirsty Wragg and I am a Life Coach.

I work with people who have rich, emotional and creative souls; who question the status quo, and maybe are just that little bit different!

Often, lots of my client family have been diagnosed with mental illness (like me!), but not always. My passion is to make life coaching and personal development accessible and relevant to individuals with different needs and talents in mood and make-up. And when/ if needed, helping you to be the empowered leader in your mental health journey with psychiatry. psychotherapy and/or counselling.

My clients work with me to craft their unique recipe for an extraordinary, authentic and joyful in all areas life: spirituality, mind, creative work, relationships. We let our emotional difference be the catalyst for creating a unique life. We don't spend our lives trying to be someone else or fit into an illusory "normal".
