I'm a writer, and have just completed a five book series which was published by Orion in the UK. I run my own social network site for fans and readers of Stonewylde, as the whole thing has grown quite amazingly. We have camps each year in various locations, and readers meet up regularly in local groups. Something about Stonewylde seems to have captured people's hearts, including my own!

I live in Reading, UK with my second husband Mr B, a Goldendoodle puppy, two Burmese cats and three chickens. Between us we have eight grown-up children who visit regularly (and puppy-sit for us). I love reading, walking and being at one with the natural world and the wildlife around me. I enjoy gardening and hope to keep bees next year.

I'm now planning my next writing projects: stories for younger children and a historical novel for adults.
