Vickie Kitseallyboy Oldman is a Diné (Navajo) consultant, facilitator, and coach with over 27 years of experience supporting Native and rural communities. She is the founding partner of Seven Sisters Community Development Group, Principal of Kitseallyboy Consulting, and host of the podcast Real Native Roots: Untold Stories.

Vickie specializes in culturally grounded organizational development, offering strategic planning, board development, executive coaching, and capacity building. She works alongside foundations and grassroots leaders in housing, environmental justice, reproductive equity, and Indigenous community development.

She holds a Master of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and a BSW from Arizona State University. Vickie currently serves as Board Chair for First Peoples Fund and Board Member with Prosperity Works.

A storyteller at heart, Vickie is also a rock collector, music lover, and loves to ride on a motorcycle, always seeking the next good story—and the next good road.
