Kitt Chapman, now retired and focusing on songwriting, was an Early Childhood Educator, who thrived on teaching preschoolers.

Kitt had a strong musicality about her at a very early age. She was classically trained (Royal Conservatory of Music) on the piano, at age six. At summer camp, taught herself the guitar around campfire. Sang in the church choir, played the cello and violin in high school, and also dibbled a dabbled in miscellaneous other instruments, including the flute and the harp.
