I head up the leasing practice team at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. and regularly represent both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations across the United States. My practice includes office, industrial and retail leasing. In each case, I endeavor to provide clients with real-world, practical advice to help them assess the critical issues in a lease, figure out how best to mitigate the risks and then, to get the deal "done" in a timely, efficient and drama-free manner.
