Growing up, I was the oldest of three girls. When I was only an infant, my mother and father decided to part ways. Shortly after, my step-father came into the picture. As a child, my mother always forced my sisters and I to strive for excellence. It was that push that led me to attend North Carolina Central University where I am currently studying Criminal Justice. As a senior here at NCCU I've overcome several obstacles and achieved many of my goals. I've grown dramatically within these past few years of attending this collegiate school. Here at North Carolina Central University, I've learned to become more ambitious and goal-oriented.
Although I am no longer an on-campus student, I plan on obtaining my degree in Criminal Justice on May 2016. With this degree I plan on becoming an attorney within the local community. Shortly after I obtain my Bachelor's degree, I plan on going to graduate school/law school to gain further knowledge.
