About Me and Silly Lil Critters

Greetings, my name is Anabelle Kj. and I am a Junior and small artist from Collins Hill High School. I am also the creator of Silly Lil Critters, which is currently in progress. Throughout my free time, I mainly create drawings of my characters, physically and digitally, along with sculpture arts, by hand or on Blender, to expand my creativity and skills. The the name of my brand, "Silly Lil Critters", is an inspiration for cartoon-ic-friendly characters I have fabricated in mind, ranging from small-simple sketches to a variety of media art combined. Each character has their own personality and features that make them all unique in their own way, representing different mixes of emotions and objects people used to remember in their childhood. This brand is unique to me because it gives me the freedom to create “silly critters”, giving them personality and features representing child-like memories to share with friends and family. I have intended to start a mini animation show, featuring the characters of my brand. As well as creating a community of inspiration and creativity for all to share with each other and be featured in my animations/art collaborations.

Professional Experience

I currently take Sculpture I and Marketing Principle at Collins Hill High School. These courses will help benefit my learning skills and offer the materials I need to prepare for my future career. Next year as a Senior, I am planning to take Sculpture II to learn more about 3D art, as well as watching tutorials online to learn more about Blender and how I can improve my designs better.

Goals and Values

Throughout 2025 and the following years to come, I am contemplating in resuming the path of learning new techniques and gaining more guidance in improving my work in an Art College after graduating Collins Hill. I am also looking forward to starting my own small vendor business and creating products of my brand, traveling to local places to sell my products in the ongoing events taking place.

When it comes to my work and career, it takes a lot of responsibility and quality to finish my projects on time before the deadlines. I like to keep things organized and properly handled to work on my creations, along with being accountable in helping my customers, friends, and family with certain issues they are enduring.
