Food Allergy Consultants is a small business that provides nutritional analysis, allergen identification, and gluten-free menu development for businesses in the foodservice industry. Food Allergy Consultants also works with restaurants, hospitals and school programs to train foodservice staff on food allergen awareness and safe food prep. Food Allergy Consultants is owned by Karen Knoblaugh, MS, RD who received her Master's in Nutrition from San Jose State University.
