I'm a 25-year-old work-at-home wife and mother of a baby boy. My love of the written word has been with me since I learned how to read. I was that girl sitting in the back of the classroom, scribbling furiously in her notebook. No, I wasn't taking notes. I was fleshing out the details of my next story.

But, as all writers face eventually, I was hit with The Block.

And it was a big Block.

A seven year Block.

It's what drove me back to school - Arizona State University, to be exact. I will be graduating in 2015 with a dual degree in English and Philosophy.
