Katharine Lacle

I have a Bachelor degree in Advertising since 2009, and I currently work as Head Marketing at Post Aruba N.V.

Some tasks included in my current job are: To analyze the brand and company situation based on research and internal data. Propose marketing and promotional objectives, strategies, and actions. Design of promotional items and management of various marketing channels such as social, alternative, and traditional media.

Since I started working I gained important experience, but every year I feel I improve and I am constantly doing online courses to learn more, not only about marketing but also other areas. The acquired knowledge through all those courses helps me making better decisions for my personal life and also at work. Those courses also have inspired me and make me come up with creative ideas that can be applied within any context.

I speak 4 languages: English, Spanish, Papiamento, and Dutch.

My interests range from learning to travel. I am also interested in cats and fitness.
