KL Adams was born on December 1, 1983, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is the oldest of 4 children, two brothers, and a half-sister. She has authored twelve books, including three children's books. She currently resides in Louisiana after having spent half her life in Florida. She thinks both states are equally great. Though, her husband is partial to Louisiana for the people and great food. Together they adopted a nine-pound ball of joy, Remi. She strives to always positively affect anyone whom she meets. Her lives motto is to live for today, life is too short to worry about the what if’s tomorrow may or may not bring.
