Klara Landrat is an American actress, writer, and producer, known for her dynamic screen presence and compelling storytelling. A lifetime New Yorker, raised in Africa, Klara brings a global perspective and deep emotional range to her work. Her multicultural upbringing and fluency in eight languages inform her rich, layered performances across film and television.
Klara is currently starring as the warrior goddess Azariah in the highly anticipated Realm of the Waterfall film saga, an epic production spanning 8 countries and featuring an A-list international cast. She is also known for her acclaimed portrayal of Kennedy in the award-winning Israeli TV series Late Night Stories, directed by Ofir Award-winning filmmaker Michael Behagen.
Her career spans a wide range of projects — from independent art films to major studio productions. Klara has collaborated with notable figures such as The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, on the popular children’s reading series Fergie & Friends, and has been featured on the cover of Cool America Magazine.
In addition to acting, Klara is a co-producer with Legendary Film Productions, where she develops original films and TV content. Her current projects include the historical thriller The Book, and the Viking-inspired fantasy Daughters of Ice & Fire — which she is both writing and producing.
An alumna of Hunter College, City University of New York, Klara holds a B.A. in the Arts and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. With a deep passion for visual poetry, she is also an accomplished photographer whose work bridges the worlds of image and performance.
Whether on screen or behind the camera, Klara is driven by a single mission: to tell stories that resonate across cultures and generations. She is currently based between New York City, Europe, and the Middle East.
