Worked most of my professional life with business development. Strategic and organizational development is
something that I have on my backbone, and I have an extensive toolbox as I keep myself updated on the last
theory and emperic evidence within these fields.
I have an extensive experience in negotiating with high volume OEM accounts, and know my way around
contractual work. Beyond my Master in Economics, I have an education as People Manager at Grundfos and
Change Agent behind me from B&O - plus Organizational Development Consultant from the County of Aarhus
(Århus Amt).
Sales & Marketing has been my "metier" with people managent setting up a sales force and
structure for the EU, US and Asia.
