My career began in print journalism long before the internet and social media were even really things (I know, I know!). I’ve worked on local newspapers and national magazines and dabbled in PR too. Now, my focus is on helping businesses of all shapes and sizes find their right words.

I’ve helped launch magazines, established copy style guides, devised crisis communications strategies, written content for websites, issued countless press releases and implemented many successful social media campaigns across sectors including education, healthcare, sustainability and interiors.

I’ve made a business out of writing. I’ve worked on busy subs desks at local newspapers, won awards for my proofreading skills on consumer magazines and have taken the lead on media relations and internal communications for the very same further education college where I once studied for my A levels.

You’ll find me with a book in one hand, glass of my favourite Belgian beer in the other, or exploring the Northamptonshire countryside with our two boys and Golden Retriever, Dozer.
