Nurkinanti Laraskusuma
Co-founded C+ Branding+Design Consultants (Jakarta, Indonesia) in 1999, one year after she graduated from Visual Communication Design major, Institut Teknologi Bandung. For 8 years she worked as Design Consultant slash Sometimes Copywriter at the company. To keep her from being bored, she joined Bajaj Bajuri's creative team as a scriptwriter, designed layouts for Trolley Magazine, and volunteered as Music Director for C-Choir.
In 2006 she retired from graphic design world to become a mother. For a year she worked as part-time copywriter for Marsio Photography before switching lanes to literary translation--something she's been doing on the side since 2002.
Currently residing in Bali, Indonesia, she continues to translate fiction books for Gramedia Pustaka Utama, marketing communication contents for advertising agencies, and travel articles for inflight magazines.
