She has been leading personal and professional development programs internationally for more than 20 years and is the creative and catalytic energy behind the programs and services offered on her website, including the free "Enlightening Leaders" podcast.

Her mission is to support and further empower coaches, facilitators, leaders and change makers who are "holding space" for the development of others. She is passionate about sharing experiential, co-creative and holistic processes for growth and discovery.

Kim is also a senior faculty member of Erickson College, and teaches ICF accredited coach certification programs around the world.

She is known for her energetic style, passion and enthusiasm in the field of human potential and human development.
