Kollár Bálint

Twenty-one year old male student, 'good people of Szeged', and a wannabe journalist, who has lost his contact with the offline world. Studying (and mad) about the english and american culture, and hungarian literature at the university of Szeged; when not, he spends his free time living on the optical wire between Iceland and Tokyo, listening to (and reading about) music, watching series or films, getting lost in cities all around the world, or sleeping. A fanatic CD collector, geek, gamer, men with a huge facial hair, beer-addict and a wannabe saxophoneist (or cellist). Speaks hungarian, english and a little bit of german, wants some tattoos. Agoraphobic sometimes, cyberpunk, neuromancer, fueled by green (or black) tea, and of course, beer. Taken, straight, and has a big family. Worships Pilinszky János, David Lynch, Toru Matsumoto, Murakami Haruki, Junji Ito, Jacob Bannon, Clint Eastwood - just to name a few inspirations.

Also, a fan of listing things, so here you go.

I love: my girlfriend, mom, sister, brother, cats, series, rain, film noir, poetry, books, cities like Wien, Prague, London, Szeged, (old) clocks, tea, zen, cinema, beatbox, talking until the sun comes up, alcohol, games (mostly PSP / PS2 games, with some Gameboy and oldschool computer games added), the beat generation, long walks, good DJs, good bands, good music, good concerts/parties, pomegranate, good magazines (Electronic Beats, Coilhouse, PEP!, and so on), sex, smiles, hugs, neoclassical music, black and white films, hugs, funk, and learning new things, and of course, synths. Synths never die. Japanese cyberpunk films, a few animes, pizza, and vinyls.

Oh, and I want a Japandroids-like band, where I can be the drummer!

I don’t wanna worry about dying
I just wanna worry about those sunshine girls

Bye!
