Known by her clients and colleagues as “The Real Estate Guru”, Kelly Rivas, Founder of the Kelly Mortgage Center has over two decades of expertise in the Real Estate Industry to include many accolades such as; CA Real Estate Broker, CA Mortgage Broker, MD Mortgage Broker, District of Columbia Mortgage Broker, Author of The Mortgage Matrix, owner of a seasoned Real Estate Investment Company, and President of RACOMB, a Debt Settlement Company, where she provides Credit restoration, Debt Settlement, Short Sale liaison services and Loan modifications.
Respected by her clients highly due to her expertise in the Real Estate market includes but not limited to: real estate development and investing, residential and commercial sales; Kelly has proven to be a financial expert in closing deals as well as financially educating her clients on gaining financial intelligence while sifting through the mortgage matrix.
As the Founder and President of the Kelly Mortgage Center, Kelly’s passion for real estate combined with her competence and dedication have garnered her numerous industry-leading honors and countless satisfied clients.
Today, in addition to her corporate and Real Estate responsibilities, Kelly is also the founder of WHAA (Working Hard Housing America), a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization that is committed to housing those in need of housing due to low income or homelessness in the Southern California Region, also participates as the President of the SMALL BUSINESS MINISTRY at Christ Our Redeemer Church, and is the Coordinator of the Innovators Impact Academy teaching Financial Literacy, Business Acumen and Leadership skills to Youth and High School Students in LMI areas.
She continues to develop a ONE-STOP Enterprise to include her additions of opening an Escrow company and to provide Homeowner’s insurance for Purchase transactions. Kelly finds her greatest satisfaction in meeting the needs of her clients in a friendly and professional manner. She describes her role as a “people business” not a transaction; while obtaining the strictest of compliance in accordance with State regulations.
