Kristina Mettus

I finished MA in Documentary Film at the University of the Arts London, London College of Communication, http://www.lcc.arts.ac.uk/courses/courses-by-level/ma-documentary-film/, graduated in December 2013.

Currently working on a documentary about Armenian culture.

In my grad project, OUTFLOW (20 min) is expanded on the issue of the fundamental research in cosmoparticle physics featuring successful and excentric Russian scientists working abroad. OUFLOW is an artistic spin from the quote by S. Kapitza: "Modern mathematics is a bunch of Russians with residency in American universities teaching a bunch of Chinese".

Prior my MA course I worked as a tv-producer at a Russian federal channel in Moscow, correspondent/fixer in London freelancing for all kind of Russian commissioners (broadcasting companies, productions etc.) and a documentary production assistant on Vice/HBO/Polsky Films projects.
