Hello, I’m Kristina. I’ve been practising massage since June 2013, when I decided to make my life-long passion a full time job and became a self-employed massage therapist after quitting my job as a Detective constable for the Met police.

I am a fully qualified (ITEC) and insured massage therapist and Aromatherapist and a member of the CThA and CNHC associations for complementary therapists. I trained at the City Lit college, London School of massage and Richdales Institute. I previously worked in Spa and Massage, Zen spa and palm Therapies where I have treated hundreds of clients. Currently I am based in Highgate Holistic clinic in North London. I also volunteered fortnightly as a therapist in Paul’s Cancer Support Centre for 18 months. I now also teach massage to non-professionals and professionals alike and run a membership scheme.

I bring together Holistic Massage, Deep tissue, Hot stones and Aromatherapy into a synergy of a treatment to suit your individual needs, which aims to fight the negative effects of stress by relaxing the body through gentle yet firm touch; to remove the persistent aches and pains caused by tensions, nodules and crystal deposits in the muscles; and to improve overall health by stimulating the lymphatic system.

I firmly believe in the capacity of all living organisms to heal themselves as well as each other. I had always felt a calling to assist people in the process of healing. I believe that massage is a great medium for self-healing and improving self-awareness.

Over the years I have studied and put into practise various methods of improving health and wellbeing such as yoga, mindfulness, meditation, energetic healing, nutrition and natural remedies. I love to share what I have learned with my clients to help with their particular issues.
