Keren Nimmo is Director of Enterprise Program Management at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, a Casual Dining restaurant chain with 465 locations throughout the United States. Keren is a transformational technology and business leader with over 13 years of experience in building world-class enterprise program management, information technology, business process management, and organizational change management capabilities.

Keren is known for her design thinking approach. In managing strategy to execution, Keren focuses her team on delivering products, services and experiences that are human-centeric in their design.

Keren's expertise includes business & IT strategy, program and project management, business process management, quality management and organizational change management. Keren has a reputation for leading high-performing teams, reducing complex ideas to simple concepts in order to unify and guide people, implementing a creative and wide-ranging analysis style, and consistently delivering successful and holistic solutions to large and complex business challenges. In Keren's current role with Red Robin, she is responsible for leading a team of highly-motivated Project Managers, Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts who are charged with enabling innovation and change, managing large and complex system implementations and optimizing business processes.

Keren's career began in Management Consulting for a global Telecommunications company in New York, and from there expanded to Advertising and Direct Marketing, Oil and Gas, and most recently Casual Dining. Keren holds a BS in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder. She currently lives in Denver, CO, with her husband and two daughters.
