Having assumed a management and leadership position at very young age, Dede has great track records in implementing performance-based culture that leads to results and sustainability. Before working in humanitarian and development sectors, Dede held several positions in business development, marketing and communications, where she has demonstrated track records in developing new business units and services, and secured long-term customer relationships. She has collaborated and built long-term relationships with research, financial and funding institutions, and assisted entrepreneurs, development agencies and corporate clients in different projects. These experiences in both private and public sectors and across diverse industries have enabled her to develop solid analytical skills across many disciplines.

Coming from a multicultural background and having lived in seven countries, She has travelled to every continents, and speaks Ewe, French, English fluently as well as a great level of Spanish, Swedish and Danish. She has demonstrated experiences in working in international environments with work experiences in England, France and Norway.

Dede was recruited in 2014 by The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) in Global Future, is a leadership and boardroom competence development programme for multi-cultural talents with potential and ambition for professional advancement.

Dede holds a master´s degree in Technology, Innovation and Knowledge from the University of Oslo and Bachelor degree in International Business and International Marketing from European Business School London.
