I’m really into simple user experiences. For close to 10 years, it’s what drives me every day and shapes me as an established product & UX leader. I’m specialised in the payment industry and expert in clarifying product vision, product strategy, requirement analysis, UX/product design, cross-functional alignment, software partnerships and product development.

As Director of Product, Design & Delivery at Ezypay, I led cross-functional/distributed teams in shipping API & UI products that provide 92% of total revenue for Ezypay across the years. I have also built and scaled product/design teams and implemented agile product development processes.

My philosophies are:

- Ship MVPs to deliver current business outcomes.
- Keep it simple but not simpler.
- Move fast and break nothing.
- Always have the business end game in mind.

I’ve worn many hats in my career – manager, designer, user evangelist, technology pre-sales, writer, speaker, developer. As a result, I have a unique ability to build relationships across multiple levels, remain geeky and curious of everything, and drive execution transforming Big ideas into products customers love.
