Efthymios Kokkalis

Hey there, I’m Efthymios and I am living in Stockholm, Sweden. I am a fan of basketball, arts, and travel. I’m also interested in technology and entrepreneurship.

I am really passionate about being in service of those in need and helping others love their job by using Agile practices.

What motivates me is the joy of working with people, to be part of their journey, help and support them to learn, grow and succeed. My desire is to have a positive contribution and impact in the industry and in the Agile community.

As an Agile leader my focus is to help groups of people become motivated teams where there is trust, openness, transparency and commitment. To support them daily into growing & developing their skills & talents while they continuously deliver high quality products/services and value to the customer.I listen to every team member while guiding and not dictating. I am having great capacity for sympathy and empathy which I believe is one of the most important human traits. I like having an open mindset and be open to new techniques-tools since every team has different needs and can find different ways to succeed. I am also not afraid to deal with conflicts and I encourage constructive conversations that benefit teams.
