Kolawole Ogunleye serves as the Founder and CEO of Salem Real Estate Development Limited, One of Africa's leading Real Estate Brands.

As an advocate for order and process, his professional experience spans across various sectors and fields such as Accounting, Investment Finance, Business Processes, Business Analysis, Construction and Project Management, Management Consulting etc. He created an organizational structure that has positioned the company to break even more grounds, after half a decade in the real estate sector.

He is keen on partnerships and forming strategic alliances because in his words "we can't do it alone" this has led to forming great partnerships with individuals and organizations both locally and internationally.

He currently sits on the board of a Nigeria Company - Ogamoni as a CFO.

Kolawole obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Caleb University and a master’s degree in Investment Finance from Babcock University, Nigeria. He is passionate about young people and fulfilling purpose, he loves learning about old & new things, industries and predicts the new trends and possible next steps in those industries. He loves to read and research.
