I am a Desktop Support Specialist that is looking to grow with a company for the long haul. In the meantime, I am starting up my own business of Technical Support. I am a father of three hungry and eagerly wanting to play boys and soon to be a husband to a gorgeous woman. I have worked in the technical support field for the past six years learning from small businesses and large corporations, assisting end users in making sure their devices are working properly. Whether it is their actual computer system that needs hardware replaced or if a program need to have some configuring done to run accordingly. I have built customer service and technical support for an online start-up company as well as worked for a business that has established their rules and SOP for years.

The in-depth technical aspects that I have worked with are, but not limited to:
