Most recently, Kolin has been instrumental in growing McKesson’s Technology Solutions Group from a team of 5 consultants to an internal firm serving 50 clients in improving the business of healthcare via integrated technology and professional services. He also spearheaded a five-year plan to quintuple their business through organic growth, new market penetration, solutions development, acquisitions, and funding.

As business rapidly evolves from product to people/services oriented, Kolin's artful way of fostering durable relationships has garnered bottom-line results, key VC and private equity connections, and an impressive global healthcare client roster. His team prides themselves on winning the trust of clients, and each other, as they partner to best determine how to invest money, reduce costs, and leverage technology. He's exceeded expectations in identifying and vetting value-added resources and negotiating strategic agreements.

Kolin came to McKesson from Fidelity National Financial where he was charged with building a business intelligence platform for real estate and financial networks. With a $30M budget and vision of being the market leader, he enlisted and managed a team (product, development, design, sales, tech partners, agencies) to brand and implement consumer and B2B portals that were later sold and power one of the top real estate websites today. His work at Fidelity was born out of his experience launching his own company to provide businesses with a robust Decision Support System platform to maximize sales, profitability, and conversion rates. Kolin ran all aspects of this business from raising capital to strategic planning to long-term product development to recruiting.
