I love solving complicated and messy enterprise problems. I lead cross-functional teams that deliver meaningful products and transform organisations. I coach new product teams and leaders on their agile journey.

Some of the organisations I have partnered with include Monetary Authority of Singapore, Ministry of Manpower, SingTel, DBS, AIG, Great Eastern Life, SingHealth, Sinarmas (Indonesia), Digi (Malaysia), and Asian Development Bank (Philippines).

I am passionate about teaching UX and growing the design community. I taught user experience modules at General Assembly and local design schools. I am the local organiser for World Information Architecture Day.

I have expertise in design research, design strategy, organisation design, change management, information architecture, interaction design, content strategy and managing product teams.
