Karen D. Olson

I have been in the real estate industry in one capacity or another since 1977. I graduated from UC, San Diego in '77 and bought my first of four homes in Huntington Beach that year. In 1990 I worked for Coldwell Banker in Del Mar and La Jolla before moving to Kauai in 1995. In 1999 I was the top producer for Hanalei North Shore Properties and then recruited by Regency Pacific Realty in 2007 as part of the development team for a west side project called Kapalawai. In December, 2012, I decided to start my own brokerage on the north shore of Kauai in Princeville called Kauai Aloha Properties.
