Originally from Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I have been living in Norway for 20 years. I'm Innovation Manager at TINE, the main producer, distributor and exporter of dairy products in Norway. I love my job! Innovation - creating new values with small or big improvements, is my passion. It might be while making the food, styling the hair, building a sand castle or developing a new business area.
