Some may call me the "Diva of Desserts", but most choose to call me Komal. According to my mom, I've been throwing flour everywhere since day one. From cupcakes to pies to anything in between, I've got the recipe that will keep your taste buds asking for more. When I was younger most kids loved to go play dodgeball after school, but I was usually too busy with my easy bake oven. Parents love to collect awards their kids get from sports, clubs, or even school. On the other hand, my parents love to try my fifty batches of chocolate chip cookies to find which taste "just right". Sometimes people ask me where my desire for baking comes from, and all I can answer with is boxed confetti cake mix. But don't worry, eventually I did move onto more sophisticated things. The ever so fancy electric mixer was definitely a step up. Then, I started to blog. What is the blog? Basically, it's a decorative name for posting pictures of all the sweet treats I bake onto Facebook. That's when my friends officially diagnosed me with a baking addiction. Each picture resulted in endless emails and messages asking me for the recipes along with comments of admiration. Obviously, those around me yearn for my talent and baking skills. I guess you can call me the Diva of Desserts.
