What is a business guide?
A business guide is someone you hire when you know where you want your business to go, but is not quite sure you know the way or have the time to monitor the journey yourself. That is what I do – I guide businesses to get them to where their owners want to take them. In this I am mainly focused on transaction costs, commercial value and reporting the progress.

Why do I love to do what I do?
I love to do this because I love the adventure! From having my own online punk rock fanzine in my teens, to academic success and grasping the needs of PE owners to my weekly KPI to always do something I do not normally do, my career has so far been an amazing adventure, both alone and along side other amazing and talented humans. This is a blessing of experience of which I am humble and grateful.

What am I excited about right now?
Right now my start-up echo.it seems to be really taking off; it is simply amazing to see the value the team is bringing to our customers like never before seen insights into their business and employee behavior. Along this journey it is also funny to find out that I have now practiced gamification and building social media since 2010. That feat was a bit of a surprise really. Also, stay tuned, as 2013 will see the launch of a new blog project which is I am head over heels in love with.
