My name is Konstantina, and on the island of Aegina I hold space for healing through sound—using the voice, mantras, humming, breathing, meditation, tuning forks, and the steady rhythm of the drum. I offer both individual and group sessions, always guided by the wish to bring harmony and balance.

I am blessed to be a member of Oikia Karapanou, and when I’m not immersed in sound, you will often find me dancing tango, another expression of my heart.

Ονομάζομαι Κωνσταντίνα και τα τελευταία χρόνια ζω στην Αίγινα. Εκεί δημιουργούνται χώροι όπου ο ήχος γίνεται γέφυρα προς την ίαση και την ισορροπία. Μέσα από τη φωνή, τον διαλογισμό, τα διαπασών και τον ρυθμό του τυμπάνου, προσφέρω ατομικές και ομαδικές συνεδρίες με πρόθεση την αρμονία.

Με ευγνωμοσύνη είμαι μέλος της ομάδας στην Οικία Καραπάνου. Και όταν δεν βρίσκομαι στον κόσμο του ήχου, χορεύω τάνγκο – τη μεγάλη μου αγάπη.
