Konstantin Grigorishin

founder, Director, and entrepreneur in UK

From founding his first company, Aragorn-Soft, in 1992, Konstantin Grigorishin has built a diverse and accomplished career across multiple industries. After proving his skills with his first steps into the world of business and entrepreneurship in the early 90s, Grigorishin started a string of businesses over the course of the decade, a time that saw him grow his skills in areas ranging from IT solutions to metals trading. Investing in varied organizations and initiatives, by the mid-2000s, Konstantin Grigorishin had built himself an impressive business portfolio and had established himself as a respected leader in the business world.

One of the organizations in Grigorishin’s portfolio is the Energy Standard Group. It was with this group that Grigorishin also began to take an active part in the sporting world. In 2012, he first established the Energy Standard Swimming Club, and by the end of 2012, the Energy Standard Group held the proud title of patron of the Ukrainian Swimming Federation. In 2018, Konstantin Grigorishin gave the international sport of competitive swimming another new platform for world-class athletes to show their skills, with the establishment of the International Swimming League (ISL).

The ISL broke with traditional swimming competition formats by introducing drafted team rosters, an international league structure, and a fast-paced calendar that mirrored the style of professional sports leagues. Under Grigorishin’s leadership, the league grew quickly, expanding from eight to ten teams with new clubs from Canada and Japan, and attracting most of the world’s top swimmers to compete on a global stage.
