I am the founder and Managing Director, of Caissa Recruitment and Caissa Executive, which successfully merged with Arrows Group in 2021. Since the completion of the merger I am also an active board member at Arrows Group Global.

I am a regular podcast host on the School of Hiring podcast show and am active in executive education focusing on hiring and interviewing best practices. In my spare time I actively invest in property and am a keen skier, golfer, traveler and photographer.

I grew up internationally and am trilingual. At present I live in Berlin, Germany though I also call London, Oxford, Vienna, and Warsaw home.
