After nearly ten years in the hotel industry I have reached a point in my career where I would like to pursue other avenues with another industry. I have a strong organizational skill set matched with a history of guest service training, and wearing multiple hats.
As the sole human resources member for a 161 room hotel in the heart of Boston's Medical district I handled the full cycle of human resources duties as well as offered my experience and expertise in other departments. This included working directly with the Controller and Payroll Manager on the weekly processing of payroll, 401k plan, and paid time off.
In my role at InterContinental Boston I supported union colleagues, labor relations, worker's compensation claims, as well as work closely with the office coordinator on events ranging from charity events to colleague engagement events.

I am currently working on earning a bachelor's degree on a part time basis at North Shore Community College.
